Despite our childish whingebaggery about the cold weather we are some twisted little mothers over here. Our favourite time for us to eat ice cream is in the deep, dense wintery cold. We are those fools you see drooling over knicker-bocker-glories when it is sub zero. So, why change our perverse ways now despite the fact that most of Blighty has been plunged into a bitter winter; we masochists over at Beyond Beyond are extolling the virtues of frozen ice cream cakes.
