So, far so good – we are keeping up with our vow. You see if you checked on the first person post yesterday you will see that it is a sensibly creative new beginning of sorts with lots of fab things coming your way.
There was first in a new series called The Place and we profiled MC Motors, and the incredible work of three photographers: David McNeil, Nick Tucker Photography, Joanna Millington
However , today we are about the face and the guest face at that! So this week is all about the nuddy nudism and we have the wardrobe, make up and whole enchilada with a little sour cream and guacamole on the side for you!
So here’s to shoes… technically these aren’t nude – they are a blushing rose! A bit of a bling thing plus a safe chunky heel, we get the feeling these will get you through any wedding dance-a-thon!

An absolutely epic wedding – we lost our teeny tiny creative minds over the desert tables but this wedding had some of the most stylish guests ever, is that lime green dress an Aqua by Aqua number – our spidey senses tell us that it might be! See the incredible wedding of Amanda and Tim over on 100 Layer Cake.

Our dress crush of the moment is the super tasty Three Floor a new label is future forward and edgy fashion magic. Perfect the guest who not only wants to cut a dash and stand out. Our personal favourite is the Motion Midi Dress, which is crepe sensational.

We love a nice simple nude make up look – way to trick people that you have runway flawless skin. So, we’ve got how to do a nude lip for medium to dark skin from Beauty by JJ
And for Caucasian skin check out this from Beauty Crush

Upside down you turn me – we like hair up but this is a topsy-turvy one with an upside down French braid bun from your tress tutors for the day; Luxy Hair

So, the bride may be wearing some Tiffany box ring magic, but you can have your own bit of Tiffany with this Tiffany nail tutorial courtesy of Elle & Dish
We missed the golden opportunity to go to the Prom, however we’ve always lived vicariously through 80’s and 90’s teen movies, and hoped that we would get to dance in some crazy formation/choreography/flashdance a la She’s all that regardez… this is the kind of co-ordination we wished we could indulge in.
Howevs, since prom is not an option – but the idea of having an adult prom a la SATC, (we’d so want to be Prom Queen!) but in lieu of that just turn up at a wedding ensconced in these lovelies from the Prom Range at Topshop and you’ll be in for a fashion win! These are a few of our faves!
Top to bottom: Delicate Organza Prom Dress,Foil Bonded Lace Skater, Limited Edition Bead Midi Dress, Chiffon Bodice Skater Dress
Make this a full on day job skive by watching the Topshop mini movie right here and right now… ‘Smells like Teen Spirit’
Oh, so you’ve got a yearning from Cobain and Co…. sure you can have some Nirvana (other than the dress Nirvana too!)
Tuesday Shoesday you take away the blues day, or maybe it would be good if the only blues it didn’t take away are the blue sky. Spring are you listening – we so need you, it is freaking cold. However, the one thing that never fails to warm our souls and our soles is looking at shoes.
We are saying hello to these, from Hello Ursula this week! Sierra Peep Toe Wedges
This is first look-tastic, however, you have gotta love a bridesmaid in a turban and glitter jacket. How freaking cool is this via Fly Away Bride (A Normandy Wedding)
The Outfit dear fit bridal guest ones, is all about getting your skater dress on. We love this lace skater dress from Warehouse. Hotter than a fire at an ice rink – this is just how hot this skater dress be – £85 from Warehouse.

It’s all about the power brow at the moment and if you groom those suckers to perfection it is guaranteed to create a killer make up look. Although, Bey is telling them to ‘Bow Down’ in her new Ratchet anthem; you want them to brow down. Check out this tutorial from MissChevious to give yourself some super brows.
There seems to be a bit of a media obsession with side boob… (seriously when it happened in Family Guy we never thought that it would be a news article trend – yeah Daily Mail, we are looking at you squarely in the eye *tuts*). But, the only things that we are liking on the side are plaits. We love this springy little side plait syle from Luxy Hair

You’ve got a lacy dress, you might as well have cute lacy nails to match. We love this tutorial from Michelle Phan.
Well, it is Tuesday which means we are back in effect when it comes to following our fashion passion. It is still winter, yes, we hate to be pedants raining on your parade but winter does not end until 20th March. But, the lovely thing is – that the shops are filled with spring wonders.
The shoes that we are constructing a vivid fantasy around this week, are these from Joanne Stoker. Glitter, Silver and a flash of Neon – a modern art deco design distraction that we love (what an over worked sentence but we love us a bit of alliteration).
This weeks guest crush are one part of an amazing wedding that we adore on Green Wedding Shoes – How can you not love a bridal party in Chevron bridesmaid dresses? See the rest of this Kim & Robbie’s amazing wedding!
We are loving the new Hobbs range, and talk about doing crazy cat lady in style (that is a nod to the cute puss in the picture) – and no you can’t carry a cat to the wedding with you (but saying that we think we would love to see a wedding where that actually happened… after all if dogs can ring bearers…)
Anyhoo, we are loving the new range and in that image that you spy before you, the little dress number is the rather spicy (not only in colour but in style!) Twitchill dress (not sure if that is that is some kind of Benniffer arrangement with the Twitter and Chill? Or genre mashing ie chillwave, trap – let me not go onto a sub genre music rant) but it is a ginger slice of loveliness.

Van Morrison sang about brown eyed girls, and we are loving molten browns (the shade not the shop – although it is rather nice) metallic lushness can be yours lovers. Check out this metallic brown smokey eye tutorial from Kuippo1207

Does your bun hang low? Does it swing to and fro?
Can you tie ‘em in a knot? Can you tie ‘em in a bow?
Can you throw ‘em o’er your shoulder like a Continental soldier?
Can you do the double shuffle when your bun hangs low?
The Beyond Beyond rework of ‘Balls Hang Low’
This is low maintenance easy-peasy-ness that you can do in a snip, all you need to do is follow this tutorial and get some low hanging bun action in your life! From Ask Sash 88

We are kind of liking this having one super pimped out nail to rule them all trend, the simple way that this works is have a basic mani and then have one freak ‘em nail (we sound like a ganster cliché – we really do read classics and sonnets, but pimped and freak ‘em are acceptable descriptive words)… anyhoo, we like this Marilyn Munroe nail tutorial… follow along right here with Robin Moses Nail Art
