Well, we’ve got to give it to the wedding industry each time that we see a shoot that is in the woods it changes the PR in a positive way… Hallelujah! Because between Deliverance and the Blair Witch Project – it has generally been more about the getting your scare on, rather than your love on!
But, wooded area PR guru and pixel pimpstress , Claudia Rose Carter is part of the image relief campaign and we are a bit in love with both her, and these gorgeous images that she has taken of Catriona and Chris (we love it C+C but C+C love factory as opposed to C+C Music factory) – as ever we digress!

So, dear ones, you might have noted that our schedule over the last week has been slacker than a high school dropout. But, this was as we were making the blog look a bit more sexy, and we had some other little bits on the side.
So, this has meant that the schedule has been more erratic than the European economy, and a bit less stellar than the French credit rating (yup current affairs and pretties all in one place, it’s the way that we verbally roll).
Well, lovers this means that we while we are honour our commitment to shutter candy this lovely afternoon, obviously! We will be back to a normal hours which will be full of strict by pretty displine. *grabs metal ruler and thwacks it across hand noisily for emphasis*
So, in an effort to quell your growing annoyance and anger at our negligent ways and nefarious behaviour when it comes to dropping the photographic good stuff; well lovers prepare for a root canal and cavity excavation – these are so sweet they will have you yelling for your dentist! The corrosive sweetness of the visual kind comes courtesy of the rather amazing Sara Reeve (we say rather as we are amazing already, so she can only be rather as we are amazing so no one can be on an equal footing to us so there!)..

Sukhey & Jamie who wanted some photographs around where they live in Brighton. She loves cats and Elvis, he loves sports and is a postie – so we brought a few of those elements in too. Such a lovely couple – and they are having not one but TWO weddings this summer – one a traditional western ceremony in Brighton, and the other a fullscale traditional Sikh ceremony in Slough. It’s going to be amazing, and I just love ‘em.

The Beyond Beyond Rework of the Power of Love

It is the end of the day lovelies, we made it… we really made it through, the rain, the dreary grey and the miserable weather. We’ve made it to the hour of lurve – it’s shutter candy hour, the moment has arrived you gorgeous people.
If you go down to the woods today, you won’t find the Blair Witch or a Teddy Bear’s Picnic either you would happen upon the gorgeous shutter candy odyssey of Ben and Shauna, as shot by Ventola Photography. We fell in love with Ventola due to the gorgeous work that was recently shot for KT Jean and Ouma (evidence can be observed here and here, lovers).
And that led us to finding the beautiful images of Ben and Shauna; we have a full on tattoo crush in effect here as we are really digging her sleeve. Oh, and add in the oodles of style that this couple have in abundance that has been tweaked with a little styling influence from Eva Chiou at Red Velvet Occassions. This shoot was partially inspired by the film the French film “Love Me If You Dare” (it’s on our 2012 watch list, because if this is what an inspired shoot looks like the film must be some kind of amazeballs).
So, we bid you and Tuesday adieu, and leave you with some of the photographic good stuff. Of course we doff our little caps to the photographic stylings of Ventola – they be amazing!!! Let shutter candy commence!
We have been asking the universe for a lot of things of late. We have mainly been pleading for J.Cole to be our ex husband and side boyfriend for quite a while. We dreamed it, hoped it, wished it and prayed it into existence. We even showed willing in both the human and animal sacrifice stakes to make this so.
Then one morning the universe spoke to us (well our inbox did, whaddya mean inboxes can’t talk metaphorically we mean, metaphorically).
We had a message from J.Cole; after hyperventilating ourselves into a near asthmatic state and trying to work out how would could get a full body lift, lady garden waxing, hair did, and nails fixed as the love our life had discovered where we were and wanted to take us away from all of this.
It hit us, like Owen hit Faye, that it wasn’t J.Cole it was Jaye Cole, in fact Jaye Cole of Tux and Tales to be absolutely precise. The disappointment of the fact that it was the ex husband side boyfriend was quickly eased by the submission of some ludicrously shutter candy taken by Tux and Tales.
They pretty much unbroke our hearts, so we didn’t get the J.Cole… but if the universe sent us these pretties then everything is possible from Jaye Cole. We think that we are only a positive thought or stalking conviction away from getting to the other J.Cole.
So, you leave us to our fantasies and well tell you a bit more about the lovely couple! Liz and Alistair are the adorable duo and these lush images were shot outside of Windsor Castle. Well Lovers, the weather might be cold but the vibe of the pictures is enough to make us melt. So, prepare to roast some marshmallows over these here images. How we love them!
