In the last instalment from today’s Beyond Beyond, we invite you to whip you hanky out dissolve in to a mess of tears (yes boys are allowed to do this too) then tear up whatever you are working on and throw it around like confetti. More than likely this will lead to one of two things:
- Being sectioned
- Being sacked
However, if you are willing to follow our advice verbatim, considering that we are strangers and all on the internet, then you sort of deserve it – you can’t say that we ‘groomed’ you into such proceedings either, so don’t play the nuptial innocent with us. You were looking for any such trigger to do what the first paragraph hinted at; the safer option is to visualise doing all of that in your head – and now onto the actual wedding that we know you are going to get excited over.
The wedding of Hannah and Matt has been artfully shot by the rather talented Mr Demba – apart from being a shutter candy king from orient far, we do like the fact that he has good taste in shoes, he was rocking a pair that we thought were the business the other day. However, we need to move off the subject of shoes and onto the shutter magic. Wow+sers, we love the style, a beautifully acute responsiveness, and deftness of touch ebbs gently through each pixel – and we can’t get enough of it!
Image after image – natural moments, unknowing glances, half caught laughs, and a gorgeous couple on one of the happiest days of their lives – the best pictures work like one of those picture stories in the lower end of the press: each image not requiring a single word, merely expressing a love story.
So, consider this the prologue and we’ll let the pixels do what they want to do – so gather around lovelies, these images would like to tell you a story. Let shutter candy story time begin! See Some More
Every so often in one of our morbid moments, we play 10 million ways to die scenarios; our default mode of croaking is always going to be surrounded by loved ones. However we have wondered on occasion what it would feel like if our head simple exploded, we just are sitting at our desk and all of a sudden KABLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pink mist!
Well, we now know what it is like for our heads to explode – because that is what happened the instant, dearly beloved (who are gathered here in the name of shutter candy) when we saw these bad boys and girls of Ray and Ria in a land called Axioo. We are in muffled awe and over exuberant sigh over everything basically! Two freaking awesome dresses! Do you know what we simply don’t have the word basically, we really don’t.
Oh, and to add to the list of why we think that Axioo are the bomb.com, it has to be the customer service in a little chat with David of Axioo, we learned about their ‘Sweet Escape’ trips – they travel with two couples taking awesome town honeymoon pictures! Can we hear a whoop whoop for that! Axioo will be in London town as part of their ‘Sweet Escape’ tour and we certainly hope that we get to see them. Let Ray and Ria awesomeness commence hence! Well, gorgeous people – it is the end of the week shutter candy treat so we are packing you off into the weekend with this.
KABOOM! (and a bit of KABLAMMM!)
We are entering the wedding world of Kunal and Jennifer that has been artfully captured by the fabulous pixel pimp that is Clair Estelle.
We like The Clash *starts singing Rock the Casbah* but we also love it when a wedding is a culture clash, Jennifer is Irish and the lovely Kunal is Indian – However, this is less a clash and a delightfully stunning melee as Kunal and Jennifer didn’t just have one ceremony: They had two! A civil ceremony that was held in the entrance hall and a traditional Indian Ceremony outside in the dome tents afterwards. A big and beautiful day with a lots of guest, and you’ve got to be wiping away mouth drool at the sight of the lovely Dark and Light Chocolate tier Cake nomnomnom!
It is all rather glamourous and opulent and these two went all out! Drummers, Casino Tables, a Shisha Lounge! I tell you what we’ll be quiet and let you luxuriate in this mega wedding held at Eltham Palace. Time for the shutter candy gorgeousness to begin! See Some More
Something in the way she knows
And all I have to do is think of her.
Something – The Beatles
Abbey Road
Ooooh we are pleased as punched to have Assassynation on these here pages. We have been drooling over the amazing photography skills over on RocknRollBride *dribbles a bit*, Boho Weddings and events, *dribbles a bit more*, and Love my Dress *the dribble floodgates open*.
So, now we these babies up on the blog we are beyond excited to be able to be part of the ‘We’ve had Assassynation’ (not like that you dirty minded ones – photographically only!… ahem). And today we transport you to the gorgeous wedding world of Laura and Nick, throw in the fact it is in Marylebone and we get to go Abbey Road (yes that Abbey Road) and we lovers, are in nuptial heaven!
Small and perfectly formed, this wedding is all kinds of luscious – we love Laura’s dress, and it is super sweet stitching confection from Fur Coat and No Knickers (and although obviously Laura gives great face, you might spy a certain Kaz Fernando in the background doing a spot of makeup artistry).
Despite our love of heels, we have to declare Laura the Footwear Don, as she has flats, and boy does she ever wear it well! And the venue will literally bowl you over (New Year and no less worse with the puns, we so need to work for The Sun on their taglines, we can hack phones without getting caught Mr Murdoch! We promise) we digressed as ever… bowled over , because, the venue is the fabulous All Star Lanes, Holborn.
You can see a little of the Spirit of Christmas in these pictures we are loving the bouquet, die and sigh a bit lovers – die and sigh a bit – red and pine cone heaven! See Some More
