Unlike the other Gwyneth this one isn’t blonde, pretty, skinny, slightly annoying, irritatingly married with cute kids to a rockstar, while dispensing gems of wisdom about getting home early to make sure you marriage is rock solid – whilst writing a lifestyle blog, acting and modelling on the side.
Nope, the Gwyneth we have in mind is from Percy Handmade; will merely sit on your lovely bonce and encourage people to say gorgeous things about you on your wedding day. In short one will make you feel like a lowly underachiever and the other will make you feel pretty. The choice is yours! Oh Karly – you are a naughty man, he brings to mind that old adage that it is”Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a fool than to open it and remove all doubt”. We wish that the lovely man would stick to making beautiful things, rather than passing comment on the bodies of others (especially considering he was formerly rather rubenesque himself!)
However, it does open up the debate that whilst we can comment away on ‘skinny minnies’ and ‘stick insects’ but there is a great taboo when it comes to talking of size. So, why have we stopped on Karl, well last week as we got all excited about his ready to wear range we were going to feature a few of his pieces. We are going to do that, with the caveat that we think he is a rather cheeky sausage for his comments – but *shrugs shoulders* we have learnt to lower our expectations of the verbals that some indulge in. The body image is a debate for another time.
I guess that brings us to why Karl? Well, since it is the 29th the day were girls traditionally man up and do what boys have been doing for year – proposing, oh and we have a free download to help with that today (ever forward thinking we are!)
