Monday, that evil she-devil is back again – and I tell you – her and her friend snow can go away. Waaaah – why is this vortex called time devouring my days, why is there no flux capacitor, and why can’t I have electrodes attached to my forehead that allow me to do all of my work whilst I nap…huh? Huh?
Anyhoo, none of these questions can be resolved this morning, I’ve got work to do – but in the meanwhile. I shall amuse your eyes with wedding treats.

Well good morning to you lovely lot in what is going to be the week with that one day of the week that is either going to be one of the most controversial or exciting of your personal calendars – I hope for you’re that it is a lovely one.
Now, every few months or weeks of late you’ve had this bog standard jokey apology from me that generally reads as follows ‘I’m so sorry, I’m adjusting the schedule I’ve got things going on in the background*, admin*, techmebobs* (*delete as appropriate).
There are a few projects that I’ve had simmering away – and this is reason for the disruptions, as you may or may not know I am a one woman show, and that means that with the design studio, alongside the blog it has been super cray-cray of late – Reveals coming imminently.
So, that brings me to wallpaper lushness… One of the things that has kept me company over the late nights of the last few weeks has been the SATC box set, I’ve seen every episode at least 20 times. However, I love the final episode as it has one of my favourite songs of all time- and that song is the wallpaper for today.

Girl Crush is the rather amaze Dame Helen Mirren for the following, pink hair at the BAFTAs, being an all round badass in her 7th decade, and for the fact that she asked to lick Paul Rudd’s face. Basically, I love her!

Well, good morning gorgeousness – how are we? Do you revile this Morning as much as I do? To be honest I would much rather be in bed in my PJ’s watching SATC box set, and eating bonbons. However, since pretty duty and work calls, I have no choice but to endure my horribly beautiful job of finding amaze photography, lovely stationery, and salivating of delicious cakes. It’s a hard knock life *wink*.
This week’s girl crush has to be Solange Knowles; I love the bones of her. I will always be crazy in love with Bey (yes that was the most obvious pun/song reference ever – but what the hell! However, I adore Solange’s style, the fact that she walks of the beaten track, and she has carved out her own distinct niche in the world of her own fabulousness.
The fact that she has created a song with Devonté Hynes, and that her new video is the hotness pretty much explains all of the reasons why I love this lady. You can spy with you little eyes, the video that has been making us sigh.

So, there I was walking through Anthropologie when I heard this song playing in the background, then the chorus came in ‘When it gets tough, pick yourself up and don’t give up’ – the song turned out to be Happy Warriors by Jill Cunniff who was also part of Luscious Jackson.
The things we want most are never easy, life can go from amazing to awful. It can be hard when things are more faecal than a baby’s nappy. But, pick yourself up and carry on. So enjoy this freeness which as ever covers all your little mobile devices.

Why hello there, and welcome to 11.30am, I’ll try that again 10.30 – it is officially the Autumn winter portion of proceedings my lovers as the clocks have gone back meaning that Mr Sun, is putting his hat on far earlier than normal.
Usually this would be a time when I would be aiming acerbic diatribes at this year’s festival of fleeting fame also known as Xfactor 2012, or I’m attempting to resuscitate my career I’ve got mortgage payments yo! Strictly… but this year, they aren’t really doing much normally my twitter is a running stream of abusive comments, it could be that I’ve become all Zen. But, I’m off the reality contest crack – so before you start snoozing, I’ve spent more time seeing people, seeing things, and doing things.
As for the last fortnight you would have seen the shift in schedule pretty much complete other than a couple of thangs, that I have left to share and update chicken wings that is it. Oh and apologies for being a design miscreant I will have more of the True Dat series, I just have a bundle of pretties to finish for the magazine so normal service of the design kind will return soon on that front!
So, that brings me to the next portion of events, plus stuff that I am loving and liking.
Anna Sophia Robb aka Baby Carrie – she is just so freaking adorable, although I’m not too interested in sweet teen Carrie, older psychologically damaged and dysfunctional relationship Carrie floats my boat a whole lot more. Although, it will most likely end up guilty pleasure watching as I’m still no 100% sold on girls.
