Pixel and Hank

Pixel and Hank

Well, it is all about a little shop of wonders this afternoon we are dearly in love with all the pretties that we are able to survey in Pixel and Hank.  It is filled with much of the gorgeous, much of the lovely, and all of it is handmade by a lovely maiden monikered Daisy (it’s a name that we rather like).

We also like the fact that Pixel and Hank is based in Kalamazoo, because Kalamazoo is also fantastic name we like the sound of, and there’s something a bit fairytale-esque, about saying that you come from a faraway land called Kalamazoo.  It’s a bit Scheherazade, Arabian nights… Non?

Anyway, these are pretties that we adore:

Best of the Guest // A La Moda

This week lovers and lovees ‘tis about Vera Moda, it kind of helps that one of our girl crushes the Chung is the face of the brand *soft wolf whistle for Alexa*.

However the main reason why we love Vera Moda, is it is the perfect mix of modern minx and class act.  Hurray for the new A/W range, there was allegedly a Spring Summer – but since the sky has been more grey then fifty shades, and the sun has been like an absentee Dad – very much wanted but rather unreliable.  So, let’s delve in to the new season pretties.

So what are we feenin… hello spurious Jodeci!

Well we this is the dress that we want… hello Babs!

We love a bit of purple lip and we are dedicated to being purple-trators… do you like that? You don’t like it? You’re sliding under your seat in despair over that last joke, so far in fact that people think that you are doing the limbo… we ain’t sorry!  You’ll find that all is forgiven once you check out these gorgeous purple lip tutorials.

So now, here we are and onto the present… you know that they say you get to an age when you are too old for nightlights and rainbows… fug that!  We believe in rainbows at any age!  Rainbow projector from Urban Outfitters

Got it in the Alphabet Bag!

Got it in the Alphabet Bag!

We like all things Alphabet, Alphabet Spagetti, Alphabet bites – dinner time was like Countdown, however there was always that sad moment where you had more vowels than consonants, or being one letter off of being able to make your plate curse! Nothing better than sweary food!

However, this morning we are liking Alphabet Bags – and we like the idea of being Bag ladies of the stylish variety, not the hobo kind; although you should see us on an off day.  If we had an empty cup you might be tempted to chuck us some coins in an attempt to rescue us from fiscal ruin.

Anyhoo it is about making all of your bridal crew bag ladies, with these lovely totes gorgeous totes which helpfully indicate people identities.  MOB, MOG, Bride and Bridesmaid totes, delicious shoulder pretty! Pick one or some up now from Alphabet Bags

And we need a spurious song don’t we… Badu, and Bag Lady works we think…
